Operational Excellence/ Six Sigma Green Belt with Statistics
Operational Excellence Green Belt is a set of tools and concepts that focuses on reduction of defects and variation to better meet customer needs and increase satisfaction through Breakthrough Improvement. It focuses on identifying causes of variation and designing appropriate solutions to address those causes. The OpEx Green Belt program provides a practical application of problem- solving tools to address chronic quality issues and enable superior performance.
Course Format and Schedule
The SSL Live Solution employs a virtual classroom (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams) to deliver the course to participants. The class is led by one of our highly skilled and experienced instructors and includes virtual break- out rooms, white board, video, chat, and online quiz capabilities.
The next class is scheduled to start July 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM US Eastern Time and will consist of fifteen (15), three- hour sessions each Monday (except US holidays).
Pricing and registration
The price with StrongStar-Simplified certification is $1,495 per student. Completion of a Project is a requirement for certification. If you would like us to “coach” you as you complete the project work, add $900 for six, one-hour coaching sessions.
If you prefer to learn the tools and methods of Operational Excellence/ Six Sigma Green Belt without receiving certification you may choose the Workshop Only option priced at $1,295 per student.
