Some clients prefer the interaction of live training while others prefer online training. StrongStar-Simplified has designed delivery options to leverage the advantages of live training while still providing much of the flexibility of online training.
• The Live Solution employs a virtual classroom similar to those used by public schools, universities, and colleges to deliver the courses to your participants. The class is led by one of our highly skilled and experienced instructors and includes virtual break- out rooms, white board, video, chat, and online quiz capabilities.
The Live Solution offers much of the scheduling flexibility of online training. Instructor travel is not needed and that saves travel expense as well as allowing for delivery of the workshop in smaller bites of one to three hours at a time. Because the Instructor is not traveling to your location, the workshop need not be scheduled over consecutive days as it would be with traditional in- person training.
We have learned the past few years that there is such a thing as “too much flexibility.” It is common for those involved in self- paced learning to have, well, their own pace that is quite different from others or from the organization’s desired pace. By scheduling small, live bites as with the Live Solution, learning can be kept on track and accomplished in the desired timeframe.
• The Blended Solution can be thought of as “some of both,” a combination of Live Solution learning with regularly scheduled face- to- face classroom sessions to keep the learning on track.
• Traditional On- Site Training is what you have probably been used to in the past. Our expert instructor travels to your location for face- to- face sessions, usually on two or more consecutive days. The interaction among the class and with the instructor is a big advantage of this delivery format.
