StrongStar-Simplified grew out of two independent consultancies, StrongStar Consulting and Simplified Management Solutions. Both were founded in the early 2000’s and eventually joined forces in 2021 to deliver the best services to our clients in the Operational Excellence space. Since then, we have helped companies worldwide improve their performance and achieve a high return on their investment in our services.We have served our clients in the Performance Improvement space for the past 30 years and have witnessed and contributed to its evolution. From Total Quality Management to the Seven Basic Tools, to Quality Function Deployment, to Business Process Re-engineering, to Lean Process Application, to Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma, we have been there and have been the practitioners that executed the transformations our client organizations were looking for. Dennis Monroe, MSA, LSSMBB, Co- Managing Partner

Dennis Monroe

Dennis is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Trainer, and Lean Master. He has worked with companies in business performance assessment, Lean and Six Sigma deployment and training, Value Stream Management, and cost reduction employing a broad variety of management tools including 5S/Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Program Management, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Statistical Process Control.

Dennis has worked with companies throughout the world in diverse industries including defense, electronics, automotive, steel forging, metal fabrication, glass fabrication, telecommunications, bio-pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, food services, travel services, oil and gas, insurance, and apparel manufacturing. He has authored articles and papers on the subjects of Quality Management, Supplier Management, and Improving Customer Satisfaction.

Peter Robustelli, MBA, LSSMBB, Co- Managing Partner

Peter Robustelli

Peter Robustelli, as SSC President, is responsible for developing the strategies and tactics of the operational business plan. In addition, he provides leadership to account development, account management and client service support. He has a long and successful track record in delivering measurable results within growth-oriented organizations. He has a strong ability to think strategically and translate thoughts into clear and actionable plans.

Mr. Robustelli has a portfolio of client accounts and has the responsibility for all International business units at SSC. He specializes in Global or Pan-Continental deployments and a spanned variety of private and public sectors. He has and is currently managing accounts in the Food Processing, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Government Services industries. Mr. Robustelli’s primary areas of experience are Executive Leadership, Engagement Management, Change Management, External/Internal Consulting, Business Development, Evaluation and Assessment and Service Operations Management. He has a proven track record in Senior Management level positions. Mr. Robustelli has coached and consulted with executives and deployment champions.
Mr. Robustelli has more than 30 years of experience as a key executive in management and business improvement. Mr. Robustelli has experience encompassing implementation, manufacturing and transactional settings.
