Both were founded in the early 2000’s and eventually joined forces in 2021 to deliver the best services to our clients in the Operational Excellence space. Since then, we have helped companies worldwide improve their performance and achieve a high return on their investment in our services.We have served our clients in the Performance Improvement space for the past 30 years and have witnessed and contributed to its evolution. Our Founders
Dennis Monroe, MSA, LSSMBB, Co- Managing Partner

Dennis has spent the last 40 years in key management positions in Quality, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Program Management.
He has a BS in Business Management and an MSA in Administration and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Trainer, and Lean Master. He has advised and trained with companies in business performance assessment, Lean and Six Sigma deployment and training, Value Stream Management, cost reduction, and employee relations employing a broad variety of management tools including Effective Management Skills, 5S/Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Program Management, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Statistical Process Control.
He has worked with companies throughout the world in diverse industries including defense, electronics, automotive, steel forging, metal fabrication, glass fabrication, telecommunications, biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, food services, travel services, oil and gas, insurance, and apparel manufacturing. He has authored articles and papers on the subjects of Quality Management, Supplier Management, Workforce Management, and Improving Customer Satisfaction.
Peter Robustelli, MBA, LSSMBB, Co- Managing Partner

Pete has spent 40 years as a key executive in management and business improvement. He has worked and lived across the globe within a variety of industries, cultures and organizational structures.
He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer, Lean Master and Business Process Expert. He has developed strategies and tactics for operational business planning, is experienced in account management and development, human resource design, organizational assessments, and has a long history of delivering tangible business results within growth-oriented organizations. He has a BA/MBA in Human Resource Management and Quality Engineering.
He has a successful and coherent approach to the effective and efficient management of people in an organization that is designed to maximize employee performance in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, compensating, retaining, and motivating employees.
He has trained and consulted on Human Resource Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Statistical Process Control, Organizational Design, and Project Management. He has worked extensively with Executive, Managerial and Supervisory individuals in their development. Pete has worked in Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Mining, and many other Light & Heavy Manufacturing organizations, Healthcare and Governmental Services.
